Some simple and practical details for using Stitcher

Before using, be sure to carefully read the equipment manual to understand the basic structure, performance and use of the equipment to avoid blind operation. When stitching boxes, adjust the position of the main baffle and the left and right baffles, as well as the position of the upper and lower nail heads according to the swing cover of the carton. When adjusting, pay attention to the left and right baffles not being clamped too tightly, but should be appropriate for the cardboard to be easily inserted and pulled out. When the machine is adjusted, you can touch the screen to set the computer: carton height =original carton height - 40mm, carton nail number, carton staple distance, whether to staple reinforcement nails, single piece, double piece selection and other series of settings, and then you can staple the box.

• When using the box stitching machine correctly, pay attention to the correct maintenance and care of the machine. This is a key link to improve production efficiency and nailing quality, and must not be ignored.
• Lubricate the staple head and punch on the machine once a day;
• The staple head fixed shaft and the left and right baffle fixed shafts should also be lubricated and cleaned with engine oil at any time;
• The upper and lower staple head transmission shafts, bolt slot shafts, and transmission screws should also be kept well lubricated;
• The lower staple head is prone to accumulation in the punch due to the shedding of some electroplating chips when the flat wire is fed in, so it should be cleaned and cleaned regularly;
• The staple head should be disassembled for cleaning and oiling after every month; the three gears on the left and right baffles of the paper feeding belt bolt slot shaft should be filled with butter once a month;
• The clutch and brake should be prevented from oil and water infiltration;
• The servo motor should be kept clean to avoid dust accumulation; the servo motor driver heat dissipation filter should be cleaned regularly;
• The electrical control box must be kept clean to prevent dust accumulation and short circuit failure;
• The inner and outer wire feeding wheel shafts should be lubricated with butter to keep them reliable and flexible;
• The gears and chains of the power transmission are required to be lubricated with butter once a month to prevent wear of mechanical parts.
